1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AppLeo, LLC website at app-leo.com (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

AppLeo, LLC ("AppLeo," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

AppLeo provides IT infrastructure installation and managed services to commercial clients, including but not limited to network cabling, security camera systems, access control, VoIP phone systems, managed IT support, and custom software development.

All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or statement of work ("SOW") between AppLeo and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement governs.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

4. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided through the Site or by our team is not a binding contract. Pricing is subject to change based on site conditions, project scope, material costs, and other factors identified during an on-site assessment. A signed proposal or service agreement is required before any work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of AppLeo, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

For custom software and deliverables developed under a client engagement, ownership rights will be defined in the applicable service agreement or SOW.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppLeo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed $100. For claims related to services rendered, liability is limited as specified in the applicable service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. AppLeo has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
